At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that as the first petitioner has already preferred anticipatory bail, he is not inclined to press the instant writ petition for quashing the impugned F.I.R., as he has already availed an alternative remedy. 2. So far as the writ petition for quashing of the F.I.R in respect of petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail. 2.
