In response to order dated 02.05.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench, two sealed envelopes has been submitted by the concerned C.J.M. containing report of ossification test of the victim as well as her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The seal of the envelopes is opened in front of learned counsel for the parties. 3. We have perused both the documents. Perusal of statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. reveals that she has made a categorical statement that her age is 19 years and at no point of time, the petitioner had eloped her and she had joined him with her own free will and at no point of time, the petitioner had outraged her modesty.
