Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.289 of 2024 under Section 318(2), 318(4) of B.N.S., P.S. Utraon, District-Prayagraj. 3. Record reflects that the petitioner has confined his prayer for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. In the aforesaid factual situation, we are of the view that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the instant petition pending consideration and we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the police authorities to conclude the investigation of the aforesaid case fairly, impartially and expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
