Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.25 of 2025 under Sections 103(1), 109, 61(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Pisawa, District-Aligarh. 3. Record reflects that the petitioner has confined his prayer for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4.
