Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.256 of 2024, under sections 191 (2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(4) and 131 BNS, P.S. Bhaluani, District Deoria. 3. Considering the factual situation we are not inclined to keep the matter pending consideration and the same is disposed of directing the police authorities to conclude the investigation of the said case fairly, impartially and expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before them. 4.
