Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Senior Superintendent of Police, District Gorakhpur) to supervise the investigation of petitioner's Case Crime No. 0062 of 2025, u/S 191(2), 115(2), 352 B.N.S., P.S. - Belipar, District- Gorakhpur dated 04.03.2025 and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period without any undue delay, otherwise petitioner deprive from justice." 3.
