Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Senior Superintendent of Police, District Firozabad) to supervise the investigation of petitioner's Case Crime No. 0071 of 2025, u/S 118(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., P.S. - Firozabad South, District- Firozabad and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period without any undue delay, otherwise petitioner deprive from justice." 3.
