Machhlishahar, District Jaunpur and not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to the said FIR. 3. The petitioner, who appears in person, states that he is a major and, at no point in time, he has eloped with the informant's daughter, who is also present in court. She categorically states that the petitioner was never involved in her elopement, that she left her home of her own free will, and that she is a major.
