Advocates are abstaining from judicial work. Learned AGA for the State is present. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 3 & 4 to conduct fair and impartial inquiry/investigation pertaining to Case Crime No. 0039 of 2025, u/S 80(2), 85, 351(3), 115(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. - Kaila Devi, District- Sambhal." 3. The record in question reflects that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4. Learned AGA, on the other hand, states that such aspects shall be got examined by the second respondent, at the first instance. 5. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the fourth respondent highlighting his grievance, who shall call for records and will ensu
