The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India assailing the legality and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 31.10.2025 registered as Case Crime No.353 of 2023, under Section 323, 325 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, Police Station Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. Further request is made to issue a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3.
