Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and Shri Jugesh Kumar, the informant himself, who claims to be a practising Advocate. 2. The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India assailing the legality and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 31.10.2025 registered as Case Crime No.353 of 2023, under Section 323, 325 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, Police Station Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. Further request is made to issue a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned FIR is lodged on false allegations, and no offences are made out against the petitioner. He further submits that the alleged offences are punishable under 7 years or less than
