This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 17.02.2025 passed by District Magistrate-respondent no.4 in Case No.1502 of 2023, Computer Case No.D202305310001502 (State vs. Rameshwar Yadav @ Bholu) under section 3(1) of U.P. Control of Goondas Act 1970 by which petitioner has been externed for a period of six months from the district of Gorakhpur. 3. Learned AGA states that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an appeal and he states that if any appeal is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner however states that petitioner has already preferred an appeal alongwith stay application before the Appellate Authority. 4.
