Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. We are not impressed by the prayer made in the writ petition to direct the respondent nos.2 to ensure impartial and fair investigation in the First Information Report dated 20.06.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0142 of 2024 under Sections 353, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Charwa, District Kaushambi, once it is admitted that upon conclusion of investigation, a final report has already been submitted in the matter. All issues of fact are open for examination before the court concerned. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition or to issue any direction as has been prayed for. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to him to agitate before the appropriate forum. 3. Writ petition is disposed of. (Prashan
