The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 13-10-2020 registered as Case Crime No. 0999 of 2020, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 P.S. Soraon district Prayagraj. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A.-1 has raised an objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition, as the same has been filed with the concealment of material facts.
