The petitioner, who claims to be a practicing advocate in District Ghazipur has confined his prayer to decide the application/representation dated 20.08.2024, which has been filed before the District Magistrate Ghazipur. 3. Learned AGA submits that in case the said representation has been filed definitely the same would be decided in accordance with law. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without adverting on merits of the case with the consent of the parties the instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the representation dated 20.08.2024 is pending before the authority concerned, we hope and trust that the same shall be decided expeditiously and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to all Stakehol
