Saifai, District Itawah need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 01.03.2025. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3 Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
