Kotwali Kalpi, District Jalaun need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already been concluded in the matter with submission of final report. 3. Needless to say that Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is a self- contained Act, leaving it open for the petitioner to seek appropriate forum in respect of the final report, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
