Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.D. Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. In pith and substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that he is inclined to sell his agricultural property for mainly two purposes. Firstly, for preferring an appeal before the Supreme Court against judgment and order dated 09.10.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.823 of 1989 whereby judgment and order dated 22.02.1989 passed by Court below convicting and sentencing him for life imprisonment u/s 302/34 IPC has been affirmed and secondly, for meeting the expenses of marriage of his son. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the aforesaid purpose the petitioner has preferred an application before the District Magistrate, Meerut through his brother on 10.01.2025, but the same is still pending consideration. 4.
