The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing impugned FIR dated 07.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.250 of 2024 u/s 324(4), 324(5), 326(g) of B.N.S. 2023, P.S. Kotwali Konch, District-Jalaun and also not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of aforesaid case during pendency of the writ petition. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. apprises the Court that the petitioner is having criminal history of five cases, which have not been disclosed in the writ petition and the same has been deliberately concealed. 4.
