Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 02.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.59 of 2025, under Sections 8, 20, 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic, Police Station Salimar Garden, District Ghaziabad. 3. After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report then learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say that in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as available in law. Order Date :- 21.3.2
