Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to conclude the fair and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.27 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2) B.N.S., P.S. Khesarha, District- Siddharthnagar. 3. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the police authorities are under obligation to do the investigation fairly, impartially and expeditiously.
