Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 20.09.2024, registered as Case Crime No.297 of 2024, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned FIR was lodged on account of civil dispute wherein sale-deed could not be executed but later on, the parties have resolved the matter and the sale-deed has been executed on 13.01.2025.
