Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 20.09.2024, registered as Case Crime No.297 of 2024, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3.
