Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.1593 of 2014 under Section 328, 304 of IPC, P.S.Sumerpur, District-Hamirpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that initially final report was submitted on 01.02.2015 and being aggrieved, the petitioner filed a protest petition, upon which the concerned court below has ordered for further investigation. In pith and substance, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial further investigation in the matter. 4.
