The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 25.6.2024 being Case Crime No.0436 of 2024 under Section 366 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Orai, Distt. Jalaun. 3. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations. The petitioner is major having date of birth, as per High School marksheet, as 10.07.2002. At present she is working on the post of Customer Service Manager in Automotive Company in Sector 5, Gurugram and as such she is financially independent. She states that her family members have made tremendous pressure upon her to get married, whereas at present she is inclined to pursue her higher studies.
