It is contended that the petitioner is Practicing Advocate in District Court, Jhansi. It is contended that his name has wrongly been mentioned in CCTNS Website against Case Crime No.0085 of 2010, as such, his future prospects is being hampered. The petitioner, therefore, states that his name may be deleted from CCTNS Website. 4.
