This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 23.12.2022 registered as Case Crime No.182 of 2022 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 384, 386, 417 IPC, P.S. Rakabganj, Distt. Agra and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. Learned A.G.A-I for the State respondents, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter initially final report was submitted. However, on protest, reinvestigation was done and again final report was submitted. As such it is submitted that cause for filing the writ petition no more survives. 4.
