The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 01.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0056 of 2024, under Sections 316(2), 352 BNS, 2023, P.S. Phase-II, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned AGA at the very outset submits that the cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive as the charge- sheet has already been filed in the instant matter. 4. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive afther filing of the charge-sheet, hence the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail or to press an application under section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023.
