In pith and substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that for ingress and outgress from his property has moved an application dated 25.03.2023 before the District Magistrate, but till date the same has not been decided by the District Magistrate. 3. Learned AGA has no objection in case the claim of the petitioner is redressed by the competent authority in accordance with law. 4. Taking into consideration the factual aspect of the matter, we are not inclined to issue notice to the private respondent nos. 4 to 7, in the interest of justice, with the consent of the parties, we dispose off the writ petition with an observation that in case petitioner moves a fresh application/representation ventilating his grievance within ten days from today before the District Magistrate, we hope and trust
