Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 22.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0062 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Hari Parvat, District Nagar (Commissionerate Agra). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first and second petitioners have solemnized marriage and have also moved an application for registration of their marriage before Sub-Registrar, Agra on 25.02.2025. They are living together as husband and wife and as such, the first information report is liable to be quashed. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that till date the police report has not been submitted in the present matter. He has submitted that once the vic
