The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 15.02.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0016 of 2024, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Akauna, District Deoria. 3. Learned AGA at the very outset submits that the cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive as the charge- sheet has already been filed in the instant matter. 4.
