Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing FIR dated 27.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0017 of 2025 u/s 109, 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 125, 126(2), 352 of B.N.S. 2023, P.S.Kachhwa, District-Mirzapur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he has been implicated due to malicious intention. He submits that the petitioner is innocent person and allegations levelled against him is highly improbable and unbelievable, as such, the impugned FIR is liable to be quashed. 4.
