Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0044 of 2025 under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 309(4), 308(4) of B.N.S.2023 and Section 3(1)(D), 3(1)(Dh), 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Ghurpur, District-Prayagraj. 3. In pith and substance, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that the police authorities are under the obligation to do the investigation fairly, impartially and expeditiously and the same would be done in accordance with law. 5.
