Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 27-09-2024 need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A.-1 that investigation has already been concluded in the matter with submission of final report on 17-01-2025. 3 Needless to say that Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is a self-contained Act, leaving it open for the petitioner to seek appropriate forum in respect of the final report, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
