The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India assailing the legality and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 28.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No.593 of 2023 under Sections 419, 420 IPC & Section 3/9 Public Examination Act, 1988, P.S. Madiyaon, Distt. Azamgarh. Further request is made to issue a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned FIR is lodged on false allegations, and no offences are made out against the petitioner. He further submits that the alleged offences are punishable under 7 years or less than 7 years and therefore, the police authorities are bound to follow
