Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 28.12.2024 being Case Crime No.0343 of 2024 under Section 85, 64, 89, 115 (2), 352, 351 (2), 74 BNS and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Adampur, Distt. Amroha and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that, after investigation, against petitioner nos.1 to 3 chargesheet has been submitted and other petitioners have been exonerated by the police. 4.
