The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 21.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0086 of 2025 under Section 87 BNS, P.S. Muradnagar, Distt. Ghaziabad and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are major and have married with each other out of their own free will.
