The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 01.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.78 of 2025 under Section 87 BNS, P.S. Loni Border, Distt. Ghaziabad and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. It is contended that the petitioners are major and have married with each other out of their own free will and consent. They have also got their marriage registered and living happily as married couple. Joint affidavit of the petitioners are also brought on record. It is submitted that no offence under the aforesaid Section is made out against the petitioner no.2 as petitioner no.1 (victim) is a
