In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0031 of 2025 under Section 191 (2), 332 (c), 115 (2), 352, 351 (2) BNS, P.S. Lar, Distt. Deoria. 3. It is alleged that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. An apprehension has been shown by the petitioner that either the police is protecting the accused or is not interested to take any action against them.
