This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 23.2.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0022 of 2025, under Sections 87, 61(2) B.N.S., P.S.- Sultanpur Ghosh, District- Fatehpur. 3. Both the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are major and have married with each other out of their own free will and as such no offences under Sections 87, 61(2) B.N.S. are made out. It has also been contended that they are in process for applying registration of their marriage. 4.
