The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India assailing the legality and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 29.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0035 of 2024, under Sections 351(2), 352, 115(2), 85 BNS 2023 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Amrahat (Gohni), District Kanpur Dehat. Further request is made to issue a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 4.
