The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 2. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law. (Prashant Kumar,J.)
