A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the respondent no.2 & 3 to investigate the matter fairly in case Crime no. 0333 of 2024 under Section 64(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Mau Aima, District- Prayagraj. B. A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 & 3 arrest the respondent no.4 and take action against him in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 21.10.2024.
