Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the competent authority/respondents consider the application of petitioner and lodge the F.I.R. against the respondent no.3. " 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer that petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2025 may be decided by respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Azamgarh within a time bound period. 5.
