The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 08.01.2025 lodged by the respondent no. 4 as Case Crime No. 0011 of 2025, under Sections 294, 323, 376, 377, 498-A, 504 I.P.C. and section 3/4 D.P. Act, registered at Police Station Railbazar, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Today when the matter is taken up, learned AGA, at the very outset on the instructions submits that against petitioner nos. 1 and 2 charge-sheet has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and during investigation no complicity was found against the petitioner nos. 3 to 7 and they have been exonerated. 4.
