Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. Prayer made in the writ petition to issue a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners with reference to Case Crime No. 80 of 2024, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions that no complicity of the petitioners has been found. Consequently, a final report is in the process of being forwarded to the competent court. on 04.03.2025 3 Needless to say that Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is a self- contained Act, leaving it open for the petitioner to seek appropriate forum in respect of the final report, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
