Heard Sri Sandeep Kumar Agrahari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A.-1 for the State- respondents. 2. It has been informed by the learned A.G.A.-1 that during investigation the complicity of the first petitioner has been found and accordingly charge-sheet has been forwarded to the competent court and qua the second petitioner, he has already been exonerated. 3. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say that in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as available in law.
