Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 04.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0025 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, 2023, P.S. Khampar, District Deoria. 3. Today when the matter is taken up, learned AGA submits that in the instant matter charge-sheet has been submitted against all the petitioners. 4. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive, as the charge-sheet has already been forwarded to the competent court, hence the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail or to press an application under section 482 Cr.P.C
