Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 02.11.2024 being Case Crime No.0373 of 2024 under Sections 67 Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, P.S. Mungra Badshahpur, District Jaunpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset placed reliance on the compromise entered into between the parties on 01.02.2025, which was duly informed through registered post to the Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur on 07.02.2025, the same is brought on record as Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged offences are below seven years and the parties have already entered into compromise, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ pet
