Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset placed reliance on the compromise entered into between the parties on 01.02.2025, which was duly informed through registered post to the Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur on 07.02.2025, the same is brought on record as Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition.
