The instant writ petition is preferred to quash the impugned FIR dated 01.02.2025 registered as case crime no. 0017 of 2025, under Section 74, 296, 351(2) B.N.S., 2023 and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Didarganj, District Azamgarh. 3. At the very outset, Sri G.P.Singh, learned counsel for the State on the instructions states that as the matter relates to POCSO Act, the notices is sufficient upon the respondent no.4 and acknowledged that the alleged offence are below seven years. 4.
