Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 14-02-2025 registered as Case Crime No.0084 of 2025, under Sections 80 and 85 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Mainpuri. 3. After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report then learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
