The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 11.08.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0432 of 2024 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Surajpur Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Shri Shailendra, learned counsel for respondent no.3 has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the present writ petition has been preferred with concealment of material fact as admittedly the petitioner has already instituted the proceeding before the Court below and without divulging the same, the instant writ petition is preferred, which is liable to be d
